DESCRIPTION:It Takes a Village to Raise a Teen – (session #2.)– Drug Awareness\nThe PSSC’s of the 4 area high schools want to let listeners know about an upcoming free presentation which will provide parents with information about Drug awareness. There will be 3 speakers ; first\, the Saint John Police Force on the drug environment in Saint John\, second\, a personal story of drug dependency to recovery from a 2015 graduate of Portage Atlantic ( an inpatient drug rehab centre) and third\, Dr Tunde who is a psychiatrist specializing in youth addictions will speak about marijuana use and its effect on the developing teenage brain . This event will be held Monday\, February 27\, 2017 at St. Malachy’s Auditorium 7:30-8 p.m. Doors open 6:30 p.m. ( snow date Thursday March 2nd) .
