Saint John police say a medical marijuanna dispensary which opened uptown last week is illegal….but it hasn’t decided what to do about it yet.

Police spokeswoman Sargent Lori Magee issued a release yesterday saying the force is consulting with law enforcement stakeholders about the dispensary on Prince William Street. Medicinal Grounds Cannabis Centre offers medical marijuana for those with a prescription.
