The public hearing for a proposed condo complex in Rothesay will be held September 14th.  It’ll start at 7:00pm at Rothesay High School due to an especially large expected turnout.  The nine building, 65 unit project is destined for Hillcrest Drive and Hampton Road.  The land requires rezoning to multi-unit residential from single family.
