A Saint John lobster shipper is being sued by a PEI company for allegedly failing to deliver. The Telegraph Journal reports W & H Trading Technology of PEI filed a suit against Saint John based Golden Claw Lobster Corporation as well as a Nova Scotia company. The suit alleges a shipment from Golden Claw to the island in 2015, which was paid for up front, was short by $33,000 worth of lobster. The Island company claims the defendants have since refused to pay them what their owed.
