The army is coming to help deal with the aftermath of last week’s ice storm.  The federal government made that offer to the province as the cleanup and power restoration continues.  31 people have gone to hospital for carbon monoxide poisoning, and a Saint-Léolin woman and Lamèque man were killed by it.
