Officer Suspended

A member of the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force has been suspended from active duty.

Deputy Chief Steve Palmer confirmed to the Telegraph-Journal an investigation has been launched, but would not comment further on the matter…not saying anything about the nature or circuymstaces of the copmplaint.

The New Brunswick Police Commission investigates public complaints about the conduct of police officers…but would neither confirm nor deny an investigation is underway. The mayors or Rothesay and Quispamsis have also refused comment.
