Olympic ticket scalping scandal

An I-O-C official has been arrested in Rio in a ticket scalping scandal.

71 year old Patrick Hickey felt unwell when he was arrested at his hotel and police took him to hospital. He’s charged with plotting with others to illegally sell tickets to the games. Hickey is the I-O-C representative for Ireland
